Position Title: QA unit Head
Key Accountabilities:
Design standard operating procedures of the quality assurance department in the sterile area and non-sterile area in accordance with the approved guidelines.
Review and approve standard operating procedures for the sterile area in accordance with the approved guidelines.
Final approval of batch records before submitting them to the archiving department.
Ensure that all verification and validation work in the sterile area is carried out and approve the relevant reports.
Apply the appropriate procedures when any deviations occur during the manufacturing process after consulting with the head of the department.
Ensure the compliance of the calibration status of all equipment inside the sterile, whether internal or external.
Train new staff in the quality assurance department.
Provide continuous training for all production staff in the sterile area on current good manufacturing practices.
Organize work among department employees, whether on morning or evening shifts.
Carry out all supervisory duties for the quality assurance department in the sterile area.
Monitor all quality work in the sterile area and report any deviations to the department section head.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor of science, department Chemistry / Physics
Computer literate / Fluent in English
Experience : 5-7 years
Problems solving and team work attitude
Proficient English
Leadership skills
