Vaccine Valley, a leading company in vaccine development and manufacturing, is currently seeking a Senior Documentation Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain GMP documentation systems in compliance with regulatory standards.
Ensure accurate control of SOPs: issuance, revision, distribution, and archiving.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audit readiness and documentation integrity.
Ensure timely updates and lifecycle management of controlled documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical documentation within a GMP-compliant environment.
Solid understanding of SOP lifecycle management and quality documentation systems.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
