Quality Assurance Specialist At 30 NORTH – Thirty North LLC

Job Description:

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented
In charge of all quality control activities in the central kitchen . The quality control specialist’s responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.

#Location Industrial area – New Cairo

#Responsibilities

Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
previous experience of implementation HACCP – ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System)
NFSA visits .
Performing daily food safety inspections and quality tests.
Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
Monitoring receiving ,storage , preparing ,cooking,cooling ,labeling , dispatching.
Monitor maintenance and pest control activities
Monitor cleaning and sanitation program.
Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
Documenting quality assurance activities and reports.
Making recommendations for improvement

#Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in food science and technology or vet .
Just from 1 – 2 years of previous Quality Assurance work experience.
Certified highfiled food safety level 4 in catering.
Knowledge of the food catering and processing operations including related laws and regulations is required.
Prefer near New Cairo , Industrial area
Effective oral and written communication skills including the ability to accurately prepare written technical reports.
Very good command of the English language.
Very good computer skills (MS Office).
