Quality Assurance Engineer at LG Electronics Egypt

#LG_Electronics_Egypt is seeking to hire:

Position Title: #IQC (Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer)
•Location: Factory (10th of Ramadan)

•Duties & Responsibilities:

– Supplier Quality Improvement Activities:
1- QPA (Quality Process Audit) plan and achievement follow-up.
2- High-risk audit (Assessment for high risks on the supplier side of the product)
3- Oil audit.
4- Supplier 4M guiding and follow up.

– Parts Assurance Activities
1- New parts development inspection plan and verification.
2- Parts assurance inspection and follow-up.
3- Set up part standards and synchronize them with quality center management standards.

-Imported Material Management:
1- control and oversee the RMA process related to the quality side (CSKD material + direct feeding)
2- Handling the Claim GQMS process for compensation and countermeasures request management.

– Hazardous Substances Management:
1- Plan and action the inspection status for all material regarding ROHS substances.
2- Reply to quality center management for ROHS inspection items
3-Control the inspection equipment for XRF and phthalates inspections.

•Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical )Engineering.
-0-2 years of experience in incoming quality planning is preferred.
-Very Good command of spoken & written English. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities.
-Reporting Skills.
-Data analysis skills.
-Work under pressure in a teamwork.
-Fluent in computer skills and software usage
