Quality Engineer At Minlo Egypt
Location: 10th of Ramadan, Sharkia, Egypt
Job Description:
1- Monitor for all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g., internal, supplier, customer, and customer warranty)
2- Establish & Evaluate Quality Control Plan / Process FMEA for all Cooler, Filters, and KWD Categories
3- Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues.
4- Responsible to Provide PQP for all Water Dispenser Categories and work on its side by side with technical and Operation department.
5- Monitor, Evaluate NRFT, Product Non-Conformity and participate in defining needed Corrective action and Follow Up their Effectiveness with Relevant Department
6- Work Side by Side with Technical team in developing Product Specs, Standards Samples Tolerance, and acceptance limit
7- Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis
8- Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements.
9- Be fully aware of all applied and implemented standards related requirements under his responsibilities to support in ensuring compliance and fulfillment of as 9001,14001,22000 and 45001.
10- Carry out product and process auditing & ensure that control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained.
11- Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process, or system.
12- Develop & Evaluate his Team by needed Training and Required Skills that need to do their job efficiently.
Job Qualifications:
– Education must: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering /Science (Chemistry)
– Min Years of experience: 3 Years
– Max Years of experience: 5 Years
– Training / Certificate preferred: LSSGB/TQM
– Computer Skills (Excellent / Good / Fair / Other Knowledge)
– English Language Required (Fluent / Good / Fair)
– Soft Skills / Other abilities: Problem Solving / Data Analysis /LSSGB/TQM
