DCs Quality Regional Lead ( CANAL region )
Job Purpose:
Lead and Manage the execution of the Quality programs work streams in the plants under the scope of Responsibility, Protecting the Company Trademark, Image and revenue, through Developing programs to achieve High Quality standards
Key Accountabilities:
Lead quality and food safety standard in depots, DCs and meet NFSA requirements.
Drive an effective traceability system across all depots and distributors and lead mock recall across the region to verify accurate and effective traceability system.
Lead the culture transformation from compliance to quality culture at depots and distributors.
Support in training and leading quality culture transformation for trade department (sales rep.- sales supervisors- drivers) at depots and distributors.
Manage customer complaints on time to achieve customer satisfaction across the region.
Perform regular DCs visits to ensure the product and service quality.
Follow up and verify the closure of findings which are resulting from internal and external audits across the region.
Provide the technical support for WH team in case of new product or R&D trials in his region.
Collect and make data analysis for quality objective and KPIs on monthly basis for his region.
Managing RM & PM central storage GWP and FEFO across internal MEGA DCs and 3PL.
Monitor and control the product returns and dump process according to quality policy, business policy and regulatory requirements.
Perform any other related task as assigned.
Education, Experience and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor`s Degree in Agriculture or Science, or relevant field
Experience and Skills:
3-5 years’ experience in leading QFS role in supply chain, W/H & distribution.
Dealing with multiple management teams in commercial and SC sectors.
Planning, presentation, problem solving and data analysis experience.
Ability to work out of office 75% of the time covering whole assigned locations in the region according to the plan and where required
