Job Summary:

We are searching for a qualified candidates with 0 – 2 years of experience in dairy products and they will be responsible or the corporate quality lab and analysis.

Job Description For Quality Senior Specialist Position :

Supervise all analytical activities: setting-up SOPs, equipment calibration, Lab stocks, waste disposal. Ensures the safety of chemicals and equipment used in the chemical and Microbiological tests and train staff to use them in an appropriate manner that achieves the maximum possible level of accuracy.
Ascertains that routine sampling and analyses for all laboratories are in compliance with the Quality Monitoring scheme and carried out as per ISO 17205 standards to ensure precise and efficient analyses
Responsible for the proper implementation and regular update of the laboratory quality system in accordance with the ISO 17025 Standards.
Monitors, checks and conducts elements of internal control plan so as to achieve and maintain continuously high standards and reliability of analytical work across all related Laboratories
Responsible for the adequate follow-up on results of proficiency tests and interlaboratory comparisons. Responsible for performing root cause analysis in case of poor results and in applying corrective action.
Responsible for the correct and cost-efficient functioning of the laboratory, including personnel safety, availability of equipment and of the overall budget structure of the laboratory.
Assist factory laboratories in matters related to instrumentation, analytical monitoring and Good Laboratory Practice and support laboratories in implementing method updates, alternative methods and in establishing monitoring plans.
Responsible for the competent and reliable performance of his/her subordinate(s) , Also providing training and Liaise with laboratory manager training plan and development needs regarding analyses, problem solving and collaborative test.
Support Laboratories readiness for internal and external audits and perform trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up and non- conformities
Contribute to define KPI’s for laboratories and follow-up on quality KPIs

Qualification For Quality Senior Specialist Position :

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical or Food Science is a must
0-2 years of experience Quality or Labs
Qualified in Food safety & Safety system and quality.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
Competent in problem solving, planning.
