Quality Specialist at As-salam International Hospital

Assalam International Hospital, a leading healthcare hospital, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Specialist to join our team at the New Cairo Branch. Position: Quality Specialist
Location: Assalam International Hospital – New Cairo Branch

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with the quality management team to develop, implement, and maintain quality improvement initiatives.
– Monitor and evaluate compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
– Conduct reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
– Analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
– Provide training and education to staff on quality improvement processes and standards.
– Participate in the development and revision of policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a JCI accredited hospital setting.
– Medical background, such as a physician, dentist, or pharmacist, is required.
– Possession of a quality excellence diploma or CPHQ certification.
– Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and tools.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
