We are hiring a “Senior Quality Control Specialist”

Role Summary:

– Implement and maintain food safety management system
– Participate in HACCP creation and implementation along with HACCP committee
– Conduct regular random internal audit to ensure stores are compliant with FSMS policies, ISO, and NFSA standards
– Conduct gap analysis, prepare management reports, and set action plans to close gaps
– Coach and guide colleagues in stores continuously to ensure understanding and compliance of food safety and quality standards
– Ensure stores documentation are continuously updated according to ISO and NFSA requirements
– Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance to food safety and quality standards

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Management, or a related field from an accredited veterinary school
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality control and food safety management, preferably in the food industry.
· Experience with ISO 22000 standards and certification processes
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
