R&D Technologist At Kraft Heinz
Job Description:
• Represent R&D in Development Project and play role of technical project team member.• Lead NPD Project starting from Ideation till Launch & Post launch under the supervision of R&D Manager.• Recipe design and Specification theoretical/actual calculations.• Develop Process parameters and process development ideas and projects.• Support the R&D manager in the ESG & VE projects.• Join the Multifunctional meetings and represent R&D with internal functions and marketing.• Recipe formulation for Innovations & Renovations with target cost.• Shelf-life study validations and reporting.• R&D playbook and documents, PLM & ProjectNow.• Keep all records and filing up to date for each trial across different scales.• Represent R&D in all supplier meetings and develop good relations.• New raw materials evaluation and assessment.• Lead MB Trails in house and at Co-packer sites.• Responsible for the R&D Lab.• Work with the R&D Team in delivering R&D/MEA goals and strategy.• Develop and deliver new, improved or more cost-efficient products within the framework of the agreed innovation, cost-out pipeline and SC pipeline projects at the factory or at co packers.• Continuously find ways to improve our processes, ways of working, capabilities.• Proactively drive new innovations and cost-out ideas.• Build, develop and implement industrialized product solutions under specific projects, ensuring robust risk management and delivery of quality attributes in line with consumer’s expectation, brand foundations and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
• Work Experience: 0-2 years in product Development in FMCGs.
