Receptionist At Elixir Pharma
Elixir Pharma is seeking to hire a receptionist position.
Brief Duties:
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
· Greet, support, and direct visitors to the appropriate person.
· Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and update business calendars for the management team.
· Ensure proper facility management (i.e., internet, utilities, office maintenance, …)
· Assure office equipment is in good status, such as photocopiers, phone systems, and audio-visual data shows, and arrange for any repair upon malfunctions.
· Perform clerical duties such as filing and photocopying.
· Manage the catering process for office staff and during meetings.
· Keep a track record of office supplies and liaise with suppliers to ensure safe inventory stock.
· Submit travel, accommodation, and logistical requests to the concerned department.
· Maintain the attendance machine system and generate the required reports when needed.
Required Candidate’s Profile:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 0 – 2 years of relevant administrative work experience.
· Good communication skills.
· Fluent in English written and spoken.
· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
· Good organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at hand.
· Hard worker, energetic, supportive, and eager to learn.
Work Location: Sheraton Heliopolis, Cairo.
