Registration Specialist At Ghalioungui Trading

Job Summary:

Prepare, Submit & Follow up products registration, re-exporting documentation process completion status with suppliers & EDA till receiving the license

Responsibilities:

1. Complete renewal & exist products’ registration process at EDA.
2. Prepare & compile registration documentation (contracts, and certificates).
3. Maintain & update labeling & variations
4. Report & follow up products recalls, FSNs, PSRs and FSAs authorities till issues are closed.

5. Communicate customers’ complaints to suppliers till complaints are closed.

6. Prepare, submit & follow up the re-export files to EDA till return the defected, recalled items.
7. Follow up EDA analysis status for restricted/ withdrawn samples till approval.
8. Submit & update current & new licenses documentation to EDA
9. Review the new suppliers’ agreement terms and certificates.
10. Archive all documents, licenses and letters.
11. Perform any other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical or Science or vet
2. More than one year experience in the same position.
3. Medical devices industry experience is a plus.
4. Good user of Microsoft office applications
