Job Description
In charge of defining AOP growth opportunities on core business, and to deliver both volume & revenue plan across region. Meanwhile, in charge of implementing business expansion projects, and deliver on people agenda via align & motivating the sales team; and while building capability for future growth with a passion for frontline execution.

Prepare, communicate and implement through the sales middle management & front line DT/WS expansion plans, and operating models (AOP).
Support, sponsor roll out and sustain the implementation of Best Practice Tools.
Liaise with other departments within the company to ensure that support required achieving AOP objectives on systems, and enabling business processes.
Own the technical capability agenda to upgrade the skills & quality of the sales middle management & front line. Meanwhile, own the productivity initiatives in sales functions.
Manage and develop logistical requirements such as infrastructure, fleet and customer service effectiveness.
Work on improving company /channels financials in coordination with planning team which directly impact company NOPBT.
Lead the company GTM transformation projects with the region, and ensure acting on the PO1 synergies as per business recommendations. Meanwhile, own the development of the initiatives KPI’s and tracking tools for innovations execution in market.
Develop and lead the execution training plan & programs to strengthen and build the capability of sales team (Internal & distributors) in sales, distribution & merchandising through sales coaching modules, field training & implementation of best practices in term of GTM, in-store execution and merchandising as per capability strategy & plan.
Skills
8-10 years of sales field experience in FMCG.
Strong experience in execution & operating with business strategies.
Financial background will be a plus.
