Overview:
This internship’s objectives are mainly to provide interns with a real on-job training and familiarize them with our organization, values, and potential career path. We are seeking highly motivated undergraduate students pursuing a degree in medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences to join our medical department as interns. Throughout this program, interns will have the opportunity to meet with and learn from experienced professionals in various fields and functions.
Main Responsibilities/Exposure:
Quality control:
Chemical Laboratory:
Understand chemical & physical analysis for Raw materials, Finished goods, Stability & Process validation samples.
learn how to Compare each result with the specification limits.
Get oriented to analytical method validation/verification of the methods used for analysis.
Dealing with different analytical techniques, devices & tests.
Understand the releasing process to any batch after conforming results & how to compare each result with specification limit.
Microbiological analysis:
Understand the analysis of different samples Microbiologically including sterility testing, Endotoxin, insoluble particulate matter, Bioburden.
Getting oriented to Environmental monitoring for classified areas.
Understand Water analysis, sterilization & dehydrogenation.
Understand Microbiological identification process
Quality Assurance:
Quality systems:
Getting oriented to quality risk assessment
Getting oriented to Self-inspection process
Getting oriented to Suppliers & materials management.
Getting oriented to Product technical complaint process
Understand CAPA management.
Getting oriented to Contamination control.
QA validation & compliance:
Understand how to ensure the validity of any new process.
Getting oriented to Qualification process of all IA instruments.
Understand Data integrity.
Getting oriented to Computerized systems.
Production:
Getting oriented to Solid manufacturing (tablets & capsules)
Getting oriented to Packaging of semifinished good
Getting oriented to IPC (In process control)
RSO team:
Understand the concept of Change Control
Getting oriented to EDA Submission NODACR
Getting oriented to EDA Submission Stability
Getting oriented to Inspection Activities
About you
Academic Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in pharmaceutical field.
• Students enrolled in their last academic year or a year before are eligible to apply
Strong academic record.
Excellent command of English language
