SC QC Technician 2 (Quality Systems Officer) At Pepsico
Job Description
. Consumer /customer complaints :
Communicate with all relevant stakeholders including (call center, process owners, traders and consumers).
Coordinate the investigations, follow up on action plans and subsequent data analysis and report the results to all relevant stakeholders in adherence with all relevant standards and policies.
Prepare and deliver training to enhance PepsiCo employee’s awareness about relevant Quality Systems standards.
. Deviations (Incident Management):
Lead the cross functional investigation team in all quality related incidents to identify underlying root causes using root cause analysis techniques and follow up the generated action plans using the electronic deviation tracking system to ensure effective implementation.
. Statistical Process Control (SPC):
Own SPC process throughout the production processes by updating control limits, leading SPC data analysis team and follow up action plans to drive the Continuous Improvement of the various processes.
. Compliance Audits:
Prepare the needed document for compliance with external audits (FSSC , QAS & NFSA Audits) annual programs and audit plans, communicate and coordinate with certification bodies for the execution of external audits. Execute internal audits as per annual internal audit program then perform required data analysis and oversee investigation and implementation of subsequent action plans and report the results to all relevant stakeholders in adherence with all relevant standards and SOP’s.
. Product Recall System:
Coordinate Mock Recall and actual recalls to ensure the completion within 2 hours and oversee the investigation and implementation of action plans and report the results to all relevant stakeholders in adherence with all relevant standards and policies.
. Product and Raw materials Traceability:
Audit coding and traceability systems (R.M to FP and vice versa) and oversee the investigation and implementation of action plans and report the results to all relevant stakeholders in adherence with all relevant standards and policies.
. Document control:
Create and update documents and owner of the Master Document Index, perform QAS Audits and follow up on subsequent action plans and report the results to all relevant stakeholders in adherence with all relevant standards and policies.

Educational Requirements:
University Degree in Quality, Chemistry, Food Science or Agricuture , Science. 1 -2 year experience in FMCG. Is preferred Very good verbal, spoken and written communication skills in English and Arabic languages. Very good in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook). GMP,GLP and al food safety standards Quality systems knowledge
