Job Description:
Support the management of the production line to deliver quality product, on time, in full, in accordance with the AstraZeneca standards
Understands the production standard processes to deliver product on time, in Full. Ensure standard way of working
Lead training program in relevant area and improvement of the capabilities of production team members to ensure uplifting team knowledge and skills
Drives continuous improvement in daily activities, Identifies opportunities for cost control, and works to implement them
Ensure efficient shift-to-shift handovers process
Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
Understanding and applying cGMP/SHE standards
Good Communication skills
Work collaboratively with good ability to execute required tasks
Understanding of Lean tools
Adhere to IS/IT code of Ethics
