• Monitor social media for trends and discussions relevant to the brand and use insights to improve strategy.
• Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
• Work with marketing, communications, and customer service teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
• Build relationships with influencers and industry partners to amplify brand messages.
• Handle social media crises and negative feedback promptly to protect the brand’s reputation.
• Manage budgets and implement paid social media campaigns to achieve business goals.
• Understand social media’s impact on SEO and work with the SEO team to enhance organic search results.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent and cohesive posting.
• Adjust strategies based on changes in social media algorithms, policies, and user behaviors.
