Stability Analyst At Liptis Pharmaceuticals

Liptis Pharmaceuticals in Egypt is pleased to announce that there is a position opening for “Stability Analyst”. We are looking for qualified and highly motivated professionals to apply to our state-of-the-art manufacturing complex which meets and exceeds all international standards.

Job Description:

– Physical and chemical analysis of finished products
– Analysis of process validation samples and preparation of the process validation reports
– Analysis of bio waiver samples and preparation of bio waiver reports
– Issuing of the finished products certificates of analysis
– Reporting the results of production samples in the sample analysis request
– Planning for accelerated, shelf and ongoing stability studies
– Performing the physical and chemical analysis of accelerated, shelf and ongoing stability studies
– Preparation of all formats and reports related to all types of stability studies
– Preparation of stability study files
– Maintenance of stability cabinet
– Data logging of accelerated cabinet, shelf stability room, refrigerator and freezer
– Revalidation of finished products test methods
– Receiving and handling of the reference and working standards
– Monthly check of reference and working standards
– Monthly check of refrigerator/freezer contents
– Preparation of laboratory reagents and mobile phase
– Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions
– Receiving and recording the finished products for retain
– Preparing of laboratory SOPs
– Verification of laboratory instrument
– Daily follow up of the laboratory cleaning procedures
– Follow up the monthly check of laboratory chemicals
– Reviewing the daily calibration and verification of PH meter, conductivity meter and balances

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

– Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or Science
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in Stability Department is required
– Highly motivated
– Problem-solving attitude
