Join our high-performance team at Cilantro as we are currently seeking a talented Supply Chain Planner to join us.

Work Conditions:
5 working days “Fridays and Saturdays” off
8 hours

What you will do
– Working with internal teams to help drive tools and process improvements that affect planning and category management workflow.
– Ensuring the effective alignment of demand and supply with operational capability.
– Creating, analyzing, publishing, and managing inventory flow plans.
– Running periodical reporting on the department KPIs.
– Forecasting demand per category.
– Calculating safety stock, target inventory and reordering point.
– Measuring supply fulfillment and trends to ensure accurate supply plans across.
– Build strong effective communication with different vendors, teams.

What you need to have
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or engineering.
– Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
– Strong communication skills
– Creative problem-solving
– A strategic and analytical mind
