Supply Chain Specialist At Emaar
Hiring now Supply Chain Specialist with the following job scope:
-Negotiate with suppliers/sub-contractors to obtain optimum quality, cost, and payment terms…. etc.
-Preparing technical comparison in coordination with requesting departments and financial comparison with item specifications.
-Submit the recommendation for the best technical & financial offer to the Procurement Manager.
-Coordinate the technical approvals and reviews with concerned parties.
-Issue and process requisitions for quotations to suppliers/sub-contractors.
-Coordinate with the contract’s manager to issue contract/LOA for the supply and/or supply & install items whenever applicable.
-Issue the PO for the requested item to the approved selected supplier.
-Ensure that the supplier/sub-contractor received the advance payment.
-Ensure compliance with Emaar’s established purchasing policies & procedures and prevents abuse in line with the accepted standards.
-Maintain orderly filing system of all needed soft or hard copies of documentation whether correspondence, purchase orders, tender documents, reports, contracts, etc.
-Update the procurement logs for the items in hand frequently.
-Maintain good relations with suppliers/sub-contractors, consultants to ensure the best benefit to Emaar is achieved.
