We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Indirect Procurement Specialist to join our team and contribute to sourcing and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sourcing activities for indirect categories, including services, marketing, office supplies, facilities, and other non-production requirements.

• Obtain quotations, analyze supplier offers, and support supplier selection processes.

• Prepare and issue purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and purchasing documentation.

• Conduct market research and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide procurement support.

• Assist in supplier evaluation and performance monitoring activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
