Location: New Cairo
Overview:
The HR Operations Talent Reporting Specialist role is responsible for proactively and regularly reporting TA KPis to all stakeholders. Role will be instrumental in building & driving culture of data driven performance management within the team and with stakeholders. Role will support the TA lead in balancing input & output KPIs for measuring performance and stakeholder sentiment.
Responsibilities:
Build & Report TA dashboards as per agreed performance KPIs
Share data driven insights with stakeolder groups to encourage robust understanding of performance and issues.
Use various reporting available from Applicant tracking system as well as other TA anciliary tools to share an E2E integrated picture on team’s ability to leverage technology, usage of various hiring channels across markets etc.
Work with TA Process/tech/capability lead to leverage technology E2E for data gathering for performance measurement in order to minimize manual interference and additional load.
Work with TA leads on turning role based talent mapping data into intelligent talent reservoirs to be used for future.
Work with talent Intelligence lead on building a signal based intelligent candidate management system that captures and reports our engagement with niche/future talent.
Work with TA Lead on drawing insights from the VOC sources and sharing with delivery and process leads for action plans.
Partner with TA lead in building a comprehensive TA dashboard that captures performance, capability, Process, sentiment, social media traction and engagement in a holistic manner.
Qualifications:
0-1 years of exp in TA performance management & reporting in scale TA Applicant Tracking system (pref Kenexa, ICIMS)
Social media recruitment experience preferred (i.e. LinkedIn)
Understanding of sourcing tools & techniques such as LinkedIn recruiter and it’s reporting capability
Eye for detail & Process Oriented
Must have ability to deal with large data sets from multiple data sources
Analytical Mindset with ability to draw meaningful insights
You MUST have a natural flair for conversations with above average communication skills
Ability to think and build End to End
Must be able to work under tight deadlines and within an ambiguous environment
Creative and Resourceful who’s able to find ways to deliver on time and quality with limited or no budget
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good communicator with the ability to influence effectively
