The Role!
This is not a role for an executor, this is a role for someone who is passionate about building a recruitment muscle in a growing organization. From newcomers interviewing onboarding to partnering with hiring managers you’ll be taking a holistic approach to recruitment, not just filling headcount.
What will you do?
Support Bosta hiring for all types of positions, and act as a strategic hiring partner
Partner with hiring managers, up to C-suite on end to end recruitment, and drive it rather than support it
Coaching hiring managers on long-term hiring plans
Present key hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market insights to management
Who you are?
1 – 2 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, such as researching, sourcing, talent mapping, designing processes, a working understanding of Egypt employment laws, organizational structures, and salary trends
Proactivity. You identify gaps and develop innovative hiring solutions that can help our organization and our management team scale a highly engaged and inclusive team
You leverage data to drive strategic hiring decisions and influence key stakeholders
People skills. You’re able to approach talent acquisition with innovative mindset, while building and managing internal and external partnerships
You thrive in an environment of unrelenting pace. The ability to multitask, juggle a bunch of stuff at once but also, somehow manage to be super organized at the same time is key here
