Lafarge Egypt is hiring: Technical Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
● Achieve the target of his area in terms of volume, price, & profitability
● Ensure implementation of company pricing & credit policies
● Search for new clients and maximize customer potential in designated regions
● Establish new and maintain existing long-term relationships with customers
● Manage and interpret customer requirements – listening to clients and using smart questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs
● Persuade clients with the product or service that will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
● Negotiate tender and contract terms, to meet both client and company objectives
● Negotiate and close sales deals by agreeing on terms and conditions
● Offer after-sales support services and help in solving client problems
● Administer client accounts, and follow up on the collection process
● Search for new clients and maximize customer potential in designated regions
● Establish new and maintain existing long-term relationships with customers
● Customer Credit Management
● Manage and interpret customer requirements – listening to clients and using smart questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs
Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Technical Skills: Selling, negotiation, communication, presentation skills, and time management skills.
1-2 years of experience in a similar job.
