📌 Position: Technical Support Officer

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and financial offers according to client specifications

• Coordinate with R&D to prepare product samples and technical documentation

• Follow up on product testing results and prepare detailed technical reports

• Support purchase order follow-up with Supply Chain, Production, and Stores departments

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution

• Prepare tender documents and technical files required for bids

• Prepare technical correspondence, product profiles, and related documentation

• Develop product needs plans for upcoming periods

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in science, Engineering, Chemistry,or related field

✔ 0–1 years of experience

✔ Strong communication and presentation skills

✔ Very good command of English (written & spoken)

✔ Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
