QA – IPC Pharmacist :
Job Summary : To ensure level of quality for products, processes and systems.
Duties & Responsibilities :
-Review Batch Record to ensure compliance of finished product.
-Perform inspection in production area, raw materials and finished product warehouse.
-Participate in non-conformities investigations to reach the root cause and set required CAPA.
-Participate /Investigate customer complaints and\or products recall.
-Perform supplier audits for primary and secondary Packaging local supplier.
-Perform any additional tasks as requested
QC – Analyst :
Job Summary : Maintain Quality Standards by analyzing incoming raw materials, in-process & Finished products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Raw materials analysis, in-process production, finished products & Stability samples analysis according to relevant specification.
-Document analysis results by completing reports & Logs.
-Perform analytical method validation & Analytical methods transfer for products.
-Calibrate & operate different instruments used in analysis according to relevant SOP’s.
-Call Agents for Repair in case of Damage
-Communicate purchasing needs of chemical reagents & laboratory supplies.
-Maintain Safe work environment by following relevant SOP’s.
-Follow up cGMP & GLP rules according to relevant SOP’s
-Perform any additional tasks as requested.
Microbiology Analyst :
Job Summary : Perform microbial testing of intermediates, final bulks and environmental monitoring activities during the production process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Perform Microbiological analysis of intermediates and products, and environmental monitoring.
-Perform WFI and purified water analysis.
-Execute microbiological testing method validation.
-Responsible for the cleanliness of instruments and glassware present in the lab.
-Ensure the continuous suitability of equipment and its readiness for good laboratory practice, for instance by ensuring routine maintenance and calibration according to the defined plan.
-Strongly cooperate with other departments (Production, QA, Warehouse, Engineering) aiming smooth and efficient production, process and testing flow.
-Issue new SOPs and review approved SOP according to revision plan and current needs & initiate change controls if applicable.
-Record and report incidents and deviations; participate in investigations and assessments.
-Keep the lab in good shape and well organized.
-Keep log books.
-Perform any additional tasks as requested in the field of employment.
Qualifications/ Competencies/ Educational Background:
Education: • B.Sc degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences is a must.
Experience: • Specialist 0-3 years. • Sr. Specialist 3-6 years.
Training : • cGMP training.
Knowledge:
• English Literacy (good command of Verbal & written English language skills)
• Computer Skills Literacy
QA Competencies:
• Inspect production facilities and utilities.
• Review batch records and QC results according to validated specification
QC Competencies :
Basis Awareness of different HPLC Techniques & Stability Guidelines
Ability to analyze, store & display test results on Instruments devices & ERP.
Ability to operate analytical instruments & analyzing information.
Microbiological competencies:
Basic cGMP guidelines
Basic Microbiological Techniques
System Awareness
Ability to implement integrated management systems (CGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS)
