Summary:
Perform microbial testing of intermediates and final bulks, and environmental monitoring for production areas of Rhein-Minapharm Biogenetics, and all related tasks, aiming at high quality production to achieve the company’s goals.
Duties will include but not limited to:
1. Perform Microbiological analysis of intermediates and products, and environmental monitoring, of the production areas of RM-BG and XPand C.
2. Perform WFI and purified water analysis.
3. Execute microbiological testing method validation.
4. Be responsible for the cleanliness of instruments and glassware present in the lab.
5. Ensure the continuous suitability of equipment and its readiness for good laboratory practice, for instance by ensuring routine maintenance and calibration according to the defined plan.
6. Strongly cooperate with other departments (for instance mammalian and yeast upstream and downstream, buffer preparation, QA, warehouse, engineering) aiming at smooth and efficient production, process and testing flow.
7. Issue new SOPs and revise approved SOP according to revision plan and current needs, initiate change controls.
8. Record and report incidents and deviations; participate in investigations and assessments.
9. Keep the lab in good shape and well organized.
10. Keep log books.
Specifications
Experience: Not required and fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or Pharmaceutical Science.

2-Fresh Graduate International Procurement Specialist At Minapharm Pharmaceuticals

Minapharm Pharmaceuticals currently has an opening of International Procurement Specialist
Duties will include but not limited to:
Sourcing of vendors with preliminary evaluation based on Minapharm criteria.
Review prices and product specifications from various suppliers to determine which would provide the best deal.
Implementation of contract strategy in the tendering processes and evaluation, contractor appraisal, evaluation and negotiation of offers, management of the contract and contractor, legal considerations and payment conditions, risk assessment.
Regular following up Oracle reports of all Raw Material & Packaging (National and internationally) in order to monitor the warehouse stock level.
Develop and control PO delivery compliance with respect to cost, quality, quantity, and specifications.
Track shipping & Delivery of P.O with reviewing copy of all shipping documents.
Follow up Payment process with Finance Dep.
Follow up with Logistics/Clearance department and fulfill all the needed documents till arrival to Minapharm warehouse.
Coordinate with Logistics and Registration departments annually to ensure that all raw material and packaging material are included in Minapharm import plan.
Set business meetings with Minapharm strategic suppliers to ensure sustainable supply
Coordinates routinely with Minapharm departments to assure effective and timely coordination and team work in procuring goods and services.
Implementation of cost saving and cost reduction strategies
Develop and implement supportive systems with the supervisor that help all supply chain processes be more efficient.
Full compliance of procurement activities along Procurement Policies.
The right applicant should have:
BSc. in Pharmaceutical Science.
0 – 1 year experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry – Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Summary
Perform purification/ fermentation processes in YCC and MCC or mammalian cell culture area of Rhein-Minapharm Biogenetics, and all related tasks ensuring successful downstream / fermentation processes.
Tasks
Strongly obey all GMP rules related to the field of employment.
Operate production equipment necessary for production processes in related production areas.
Supervise the technicians during the production process.
Support continuously analyzing the production process aiming at process understanding and improvement.
Follow-up maintenance of production equipment as per defined plan.
Receive and keep documents (SOPs, validation protocol, change control, etc.), issue new SOPs and revise approved SOPs according to revision plan according to instructions.
Notify timely supervisor and QA about all incidents, participate in investigation and assessment of incidents, deviations, and changes, perform root cause analysis and contribute to SMART corrective and preventive actions for audit findings, implement CAPA, additional controls, change control actions, annual report actions and management review actions according to instructions.
Participate in process and cleaning validation as predefined in the relevant protocol, participate in equipment internal calibration according to instructions.
Issue materials and tools dispensing orders needed for the production process and follow up relevant stocks.
Support supplier qualification for raw materials and consumables used in the production process.
Contribute to quality risk management projects, support continuous process improvements, report, and support assessing environmental hazard aspects and impacts, report and support assessing health and safety risk assessment.
Contribute to ramping up and establishing production in XPand C (Rhein’s new manufacturing site).
Strongly cooperate with other departments (for instance USP, QA, QC, warehouse) aiming at smooth and efficient production and process flow.
Experience:
From 2 to 3 years in bioprocess manufacturing.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Pharmaceutical Science, or related fields.
Knowledge:
Basic GMP.
