Safety Engineer

Location: Elwasta, Beni Suef, Egypt (Transportation provided)

◼️Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Monitoring & supervising chemical usage in SEEG-P (According to EHS Global Office Standards)
▪️ Managing and controlling Environmental Preservation Activities [Planning and undertaking regular on site safety inspections]
▪️ Ensuring legal compliance for both (Chemical Usage / Environment)
▪️ Periodic Environmental measurements
▪️ Check work sites compliance with EHS standards
▪️ Fire alarming/fighting systems monitoring
▪️ Issue (Incident/Accident) Reporting & Investigation

◼️Qualifications:

▪️Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science. Certificate in safety management or relevant field is preferred
▪️ Years of experience (5~7 Years)
▪️ Certified from (National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health – NIOSH) as a (Safety Specialist)
▪️ Certificate from NIOSH (if Primary Specialist Certificate) Not exceeding (Three Years) from issuance date Or to have (Advanced Specialist Certificate)
▪️ (OSHA-General Industries) Certificate
▪️ (NEBOSH Certificate) in Environmental Management (Preferred)
▪️ (ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015) Lead Auditor
▪️ Good Knowledge of data analysis and Risk Assessment
▪️ Outstanding attention to details and observation ability
▪️ Very good in English
▪️ Deep understanding of local legal (Health / Safety / Environment) guidelines
▪️ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
▪️ Proficient in MS Office
