Research and Development Specialist At Juhayna Food Industries
Location:6th of October, Al Jizah
This Role supports the Product Development Manger and assists in Dairy product development and new opportunities on ingredients by developing scientific and technological knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Develops scientific & technological knowledge to provide products in line with consumer’s expectations and regulatory constraints.
Carry out project activities “Innovation, Quality improvement and optimization process/product”.
Organize and carry out R&D prototypes ” Lab, Pilot & Industrial scale”
Communicates technical project, trial results Identifies problems (trouble shooting) and implementing solutions for technical bugs.
Develops and qualifying new products, materials, packages and processes.
Manages the process qualification, validation and technology transfer to the plant.
Achieves the productivity target through reformulation/renovation.
Handling development at facilities and equipment required for an effective research program.
Ensures that utilizes state of the art practices and methods that result in the consistent of the highest quality dairy products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree of pharmacy or Food processing.
0-1 years of Experience, mainly in FMCG’s R&D
Very good command of PowerPoint & excel.
Fluent English is a must.
