Job Description:
This position works out of our Cairo Office in the Established Pharmaceutical Division where we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women’s health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.
As the Marketing Admin Support, you will play an integral role in the team to assist the marketing team in handling business-related tasks, documentation, and events planning & coordination.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Ensure proper and complete documentation, filing & tracking.
Initiate Promotional Requests, Business Travel Requests & Purchase Orders.
Follow-up the settlement of invoices; including following-up with initiators and vendors.
Follow up with the accounting team for pending payment, whenever needed.
Support in fulfilling the audit Monitoring requirements.
Manage the entire process for Events Coordination
Collect & consolidate the monthly & travel plans of the team.
Handle all the logistics related to the team’s travel plans and bookings.
Raise Health Insurance claims for the team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
University graduate.
Proficiency in English language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps (Excel & PowerPoint).
Previous work experience in a similar job is a plus.
