Emaar is Hiring Admin assistant in Project Department
Location : Mivida
-Act as the manager’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
-Managing inventory of office supplies, business cards, envelopes, letterheads and stationery.
-Communicating information with internal/ external colleagues and responsibility for transferring correct information, inquiries, complaints or messages to the Project Director.
-Liaise with all departments in the company to get the approvals as per department needs.
*Qualifications and skills:
-BA degree from a well-known university and previous experience in office administration.
-Self-starter with initiative, to handle all levels of contacts.
-Excellent English language skills.
-Must be well organized.
-Able to handle multiple tasks , flexibly, and to cope with daily pressures of work demands.
-Must have computer skills in all MS Office.
