As an Administrative Assistant, you will oversee supporting event documentation practices, as well as supporting marketing activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Adding to this, you will be in charge of creating new vendors & initiating contracts. You will also be undertaking daily administrative tasks, to ensure the functionality and coordination of different activities.
In this role we expect you to hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with 0-2 years of experience.
We expect you to be proficient in MS Office applications
You have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
We imagine you to have a good attention to detail, with good problem-solving skills
We also expect you to have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
