Description & Requirements
Projects:

Lead end-to-end artwork process with multifunctional team (MFT) from design adaptations to artwork dispatch to printer fully- and support Artwork Project Lead in MEA BU
Drive kick-off meetings with MFT- including designers- labels suppliers and other key stakeholders to ensure quality & consistency of AWs when printed
Check and provide reference artwork- cutter guides- specific information (symbols) and expert print guidance at kick-off and pre-artwork meetings
Develop and own detailed artwork project plans- timelines and scope
Request packaging codes- own hand-off of approved artwork/dispatch confirmation to factory and support parallel internal processes- e.g. SAP BoM data collection kick-off
Set-up projects- components and brief artwork tasks (e.g. cutter- old vs new material code- barcodes- printer name- printing technique) in Atlas
Approve artworks on Atlas from Artwork Project Lead POV
Follow-up with Atlas approvers to speed up the process
Resolve identified artwork project issues/challenges
Maintain artwork tracking system- local artwork archive and cutter guide library (with R&D) for D&E and MEA region
Process:

Ensure Kraft Heinz artwork process is followed for all artwork projects
Continuously optimize artwork process together with Artwork Team and multifunctional team
Ensure full Kraft Heinz artwork system (Atlas) integration in all projects and verify approval loop completeness
Be the first internal point of contact for printers/co-packers in D&E

Education- Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree level at a minimum (HBO/Bachelor)
Demonstrated project coordination experience within a print- pre-press- and/or FMCG environment
Experience in printed pack at repro agency is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Drive and determination to execute the project in a dynamic FMCG environment
Strong analytical skills
Proactively seek opportunities to increase knowledge- skills and abilities
Fluency in English is a must
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
