MetLife Egypt is looking for Call Center to join the team!
Job Summary:
-Accountable for providing expert and professional customer service to external customers by strong empathy and problem solving management.
Job Specifications / Requirements:
·-Obtains client information, handles client inquiries and requests by answering telephone calls.
-Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
-Addresses clients requests by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing required Support.
-Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
-Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
-Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
-Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
-0-2 years of call center experience in Call center filed.
-Good command of spoken, written English.
-Ability to work under stress and meet deadline.
-Flexibility for working on shift basis.
