Position: R&D Chemist
Location:- Wadi Houf – Helwan

> Job Description:

* Spearhead research and development projects pertaining to PVC compounding, encompassing material formulation, process optimization, and product enhancement.
* Conduct comprehensive chemical analysis and testing to assess the performance of new materials and products.
* Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to devise and implement pioneering solutions that elevate product quality and performance.
* Expertly tackle and resolve technical challenges related to materials and processes.
* Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

> Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in PVC compounding.
* Profound understanding of chemical processes, materials, and R&D methodologies in PVC compounding.
* Proficiency in laboratory techniques, equipment operation, and data analysis.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Capacity to work autonomously and effectively within a team environment.
* Strong communication skills to facilitate productive collaboration with colleagues.
