Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise maintenance activities according to procedures, good
Plan and Supervise Preventive/Predictive Maintenance of plant instrumentation,
control and electrical system to ensure high reliability and availability.
Conduct trouble-shooting and identify problems by observing instrument/electrical
devices in operation.
Involve in continuous improvement initiatives.
Support project construction and commissioning of plant equipment and systems
through active involvement in commissioning activities; discuss equipment
improvement and modifications with Supervisor/Engineers.
Provide training on-time and also prior to work execution.
Plan and lead the team to desired results/KPIs accomplishment
Inspect and troubleshooting the operation of instruments and electrical systems to
diagnose faults and verify repairs.
Establish and optimize process control strategies, and control and troubleshooting
related systems such as PLCs, SCADA and HMIs and Building Automation System.
