#location : The Industrial area – New cairo

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health and Safety Supervisor at 30 NORTH. The Health and Safety Supervisor will be responsible for:
Developing health and safety policies .
Identification of any hazard will affect the work Place .
Conducting risk assessments, investigating accidents, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Analyze , report and update the risk assessment and communicate the changes to the workers.
Maintaining records and reporting on health and safety performance.
Sets up safety signs and signages at the designated place and ensures they are visible enough for all workers to see.
Develops a safety Conscious culture by providing workforce education on first aid ,emergency, safety Procedures and regulations .

Qualifications

Preferably in food & beverage Industry highly focused on management, involving ISO certification and/or Health Safety & Environment management for high performance systems
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or related field
Experience in developing health and safety policies
Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to health and safety
Experience in conducting risk assessments and investigations
Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus with of 4 years .

Knowledge

Experience in developing organization wide policies.
Management standards relevant to the systems under his responsibility
Risk analysis
HSE management tools
Standards in relation with Integrated Management Systems: ISO14001 and ISO 45001.
