As an HR Generalist, you will be doing the following activities:
- Job posting for junior staff positions in Operations department.
- Identifying sourcing channels, screening CVs and Interviewing for junior staff positions.
- Creating a Candidate database for the functions you will support.
- Attending/ Handling promotion panels for junior staff positions.
- Providing support to your stakeholders in their different locations.
- Supporting the business partner in the recognition programs/ Round table discussions for Staff in different locations.
- Follow up on hiring of staff.
- Handling exit interviews for functions you support.
- Create monthly recruitment reports and analysis.
