Human Resources Supervisor At QNB Alahli Life Insurance
Responsibilities “but not limited to”:
Compensation and benefits administration for non-managers
Developing/updating the company’s database, procedure manual and various HR forms
Developing recurring HR reports and other reports as assigned
Handling staff flow processes (recruitment, transfers, mobility or resignations)
Developing and maintaining the recruitment cycle.
Administrating the employee’s performance appraisal tool/process
Complying with labor laws relating to employees and the Company as a whole
Developing and Maintaining the Company’s orientation program.
Handling the staff training needs assessment and implementation with respect to the training budget.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree from a recognized university.
Required experience 7-10 years in all HR functions
