Location: 10th of Ramadan – Cairo
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Installing & troubleshooting windows 10& 11
IP telephony experience
Manage service requests, software installations, new computer setup, upgrade, etc.
Following up on shipping HW from/ to branches
Maintain computer &peripherals inventory
Engagement in IT project implementation and special ITHD tasks
0-3 years of experience
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to communicate wll with internal and external parties.
Sharing knowledge with team colleagues
Basic hardware replacement using the available items in IT store
Troubleshooting network connectivity issues
Be ready for any new lT solutions operation if requested
Physically capable & fit to make some network/ PC troubleshooting
Preferred to be MCP/MCSE /CCNA certified
Service Now usage experience
ISP or multinational experience is desirable
