Main Responsibilities
Support and troubleshooting for Jumia’s systems & tools, including escalation to and coordination with central tech team
Configure systems to facilitate commercial, operational, and marketing needs
Project management – coordinate with local and central teams to ease the release of new features including user traning and technical testing
Understand business use of functionalities and document them
In charge of user management on systems i.e staff onboarding and offboarding from systems, access control
Research and propose feature improvements to central product team
Required Skills
Bachelor in Applied Math, Engineering, Computer science, or related technical field
HTML + Java script
Fluent English
Action-oriented and performance-driven
Strong analytical and data management skills
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Resistant to stress
Autonomous
Finding simple solutions to complex problems.
First experience in IT support functions is a plus
