*Key Responsibilities:

*Review and audit medical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with clinical guidelines and hospital policies.

*Monitor adherence to approved clinical protocols and standards of care.

*Identify gaps, risks, or non-compliance in clinical practices and recommend corrective actions.

*Prepare regular audit reports and present findings to hospital management

*Qualifications & Requirements :

*Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy

*1- 2 years of experience in Medical Audit

*Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical documentation standards

*Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

*Very good in Microsoft office (Excel,word)

*Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
