• Follow up of water and environmental microbiological analysis.
• Managing and overseeing laboratory work.
• Create /Update of Lab documentation system acc. To GMP
• Reporting of all microbiological data and results
• Stock management system for micro department
• Leading internal & external audits requirements in micro department
• Management & Leading micro lab team

• +7 years of experience in a QC (microbiology) Role

CIRA Pharma is Hiring “Quality Assurance Supervisor “

▪️Responsibilities
1. Participate in the establishment phase of policies and procedures for different departments and sectors.
2. Establish and develop QA policies and procedures.
3. Conduct Audits and regular visits to Business suppliers to stand on quality standards.
4. Conducts the assigned internal audits/visits according to the internal audit program and accordingly prepare reports to confirm that the system and the operational processes comply with the quality requirements.
5. Ensures following the planned auditing program to confirm formal inspection on the system and operational processes.
6. Review all non-conformities raised from external and internal audits and analyze them to define the main reasons and work on solving them.
7. Review the corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPAs) and their status to take the proper actions to solve the root cause of the issue.
8. Reviews audit reports delivered by the auditors and analyzed them to highlight the repeated non-conforming points and work on solving the root cause.

▪️Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in science, Pharmacy
• 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role
• Certified internal auditor for ISO
