1- Bachelor degree in (medicine-Dentistry-Pharmacy).
2-Quality qualification through training course, certification or diploma degree is preferred.
3-from 1 to 3 years of experience in a same position
4- Diploma or Msc in total quality management. Knowledge of clinical and quality improvement review,quality improvement cycles, utilization and risk management principles.
5-Previous experience in hospital accreditation GAHAR / JCI / TEMOS is a must

Al Nas Hospital is looking for
(personnel Senior/Specialist)

Main Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Min 2 years’ experience in Personnel.
* Previous experience in Medical/Health care is MUST.
Job description:
– Manage & update the employee’s files.
– Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance.
– Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees’ commitment regarding the policies
– Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, or assignments.
– Assist in Hiring and termination process and Salaries Transactions.
– Receipt of penalties’ memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and the investigations of the Legal Affairs and implement the normal administrative
– Assist in keeping employees’ hiring documents completed.
– Managing the warning levels and the social insurance system
– Administer personnel procedures in accordance with employee agreements including new hires.
