Job Description :
•Perform process tests to ensure product compliance with specified specifications and submit relevant reports accordingly.
•Monitor environmental conditions and comply with GMP requirements.
•Monitor GMP application and system on daily basis and submit relevant reports accordingly.
•Pulling IPC samples and final samples for the QC department according to the specified sampling plan.
•Monitoring calibration and verification of monitoring and measuring devices.
•Supervising the process of dispensing raw materials and packaging materials.
•Check the completeness of records and books.
•Assist with all aspects of quality assurance activities related to internal audit as well as external audits and audits.
•Responsible for developing, implementing, reviewing and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
•Conduct regular investigations to ensure workers are following safety procedures as required
•Perform quality audits as required to ensure compliance with GMP quality standards throughout the industry
•Designs and applies methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the accuracy and precision of products and prepares documentation for inspection test procedures.
•Responsible for ensuring compliance with internal specifications and good manufacturing practices
•Maintains the flow of the production process
•Controls and improves ongoing operation, in order to increase quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings
•Investigates operational problems affecting production, prepares reports and recommends solutions.
•Work on all new work within the scope of his specialty
Job Requirements:
Degree in pharmacy or science
experience of 2-4 years in the field.
Good organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
