We are seeking a highly motivated OTC Key Account Specialist to join our team to be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the OTC market.
Develop strategic loyalty programs with the key accounts to reach commercial goals
Responsible for the activation, promotion, and innovation grid with the key accounts.
Responsible for the in-store excellence through perfect stores, POSMs distribution, execution, and visibility KPIs.
Monitor merchandising activity in the key accounts.
Monitor BTL and on-ground activations supporting different brands.
Connect with the market to grasp latest shopper & customer insights in the pharmacy channel.
Run customer specific category management projects.
Responsible for the Joint business plan.
Analyze market situation including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and key competitors.
Organize customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agreed business tactical plan.
Responsible for driving sales operation plan and for achieving agreed sales and broader performance target for own part of the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field (Pharmacy/Science/Veterinary).
Working experience for at least 3 years.
Demonstrate strong selling competencies and proven sales performance track record.
Demonstrate strong business analytics and understanding that ensure good capabilities in business planning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Very good command of English language.
Very good customer relationship skills.
Residency in Alexandria is required.
