Job Description

Are you a Packaging Coordinator who is energized by the challenge of being part of one of the leading pharmaceutical companies worldwide? If so, this role is the one for you to explore.

As a Packaging Coordinator, you will

be coordinating with Shift Supervisors and line foremen in your area to perform with full delivery the pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or packaging operations; ensuring safety, quality, compliance, consistent supply and cost objectives are in full adherence.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

To support the team, ensuring performance and development are balanced and delivered in line with personal and company goals.
To achieve targets and objectives of the area through continuous improvement tools by applying the GSK production system.
To guarantee that the fundamentals of safety, quality and compliance are clearly understood, in place and maintained through strong standards, showing leadership through personal accountability.
Accountable for effectively managing area resources, including the safety, quality and compliance, in the area of responsibility.
Facilitate and document the EHS Departmental risk Assessments (DRA) Creation with co-ordination of foremen and line leaders.
Coordinate Training & development activities by Support in defining Training needs for team members and Enhance people soft and technical skills, team spirit and interpersonal skills.
Track actual performance vs. daily plan through monitoring of area KPIs within the area and take prompt corrective actions.
Escalate problems to concerned area Supervisor / Section head as required.- ZAPs Reporting-Support Area Section Head in process improvement initiatives and projects.
Labelling System and 5 S labels refreshing and updating.
Communicate and follow up with the Utility Team on the Facility readiness status.
Logbooks Stock control and retention – SOP distribution and Update.
Tracking and coordinating the training session.
Tracking and control the PPEs in the area (Stock for consumables and personal accountability for permanent PPE (as LOTO tools and Safety shoes)
SOB and log sheets update and simplification and consolidation.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

BSC in Pharmaceutical or Sciences or Engineering.
Min. 1 year of experience / Fresh graduate is welcomed.
In depth working knowledge of GMP industry.
Ability to solve operational problems quickly.
Good supervision and communication skills.
Ability to train operators and provide them with right direction.
Practical understanding of Operational EHS, Quality, Service, Cost & People
Root Cause Analysis & Problem-solving techniques.
Good command of English.
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
