About The Role
Description & Requirements .
The purpose of the role is analytical support to reinforce business decisions, ensure smooth procurement process (contract analysis, smooth payments, rebates/credit notes booking, spec management), sourcing of R&P materials (dotted line reported to a buyer)
Key Accountabilities
Tender analysis and consolidation
Support buyers to have up to date prices in the system and get physical contract signature flow
Support on payment related topics
Support with AWs and specs management
Shipping documents for import
Financial booking of rebates/Credit notes, etc.
Direct material sourcing (supplier selection, tenders, e-auctions, price negotiations)
About You
Knowledge and Experience
Education: University degree
Excellent Spoken and written Arabic
English – intermediate or higher
financial, procurement, logistics background preferable (minimum 1 year experience in position)
knowledge of processes and procedures across the procurement function
