Job Purpose:

To promote Hikma’s specialized products through conducting regular marketing activities to increase retention and satisfaction, disseminate product information, raise brand awareness, and monitor competitor activities to effectively integrate Hikma’s product into the market.

Key Accountabilities:

Policies, Processes & Procedures

Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Day- to-day operations

Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
Job Specific Accountabilities

Coordinates marketing activities for related products to spread knowledge of the product and effectively integrate it into the market
Hosts and effectively conducts all local events to provide information on Hikma’s specialized products
Conducts regular research on the specialized products to gain deep knowledge and understanding in the specific product line.
Provides medical knowledge to physicians in order to promote Hikma’s specialized products, disseminate product information and convey company messages
Collaborates with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and message retention
Organizes webinars and medical education events in collaboration with medical societies to leverage Hikma’s product position in the market
Conducts meetings with KOLs to handle queries on the product
Gathers information about market conditions, and new trends by using various research methods to identify new opportunities for the growth of Hikma.
Prepares scientific presentations for doctors and sales teams in Collaboration with the medical and marketing team
Fosters Transversal teamwork with different stakeholders (sales, marketing, medical) to support product marketing operations
Develops strategic planning sessions with the marketing team to identify potentially influential data from competitors
Applies strong analytical skills to effectively analyse data and integrate it into strategic planning
Continuous Improvement:

Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Safety, Quality & Environment

Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
Minimum Experience:

0-3 years relevant experience in Oncology or Hospital pharmaceutical product promotion
