We’re Hiring | Production Process Engineer

📍 Location: 6th of October City

elle cosmetics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Process Engineer to join our Operations Team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Agriculture with a major in Chemistry or Biotechnology (Mandatory).

• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

• Good understanding of production processes and quality standards.

• Knowledge of GMP and ISO 22716 is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Residents of 6th of October City or Giza are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support daily production operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

• Follow up on production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure adherence to quality requirements and operational procedures.

• Assist in investigating process deviations and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare and maintain production records and reports.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve operational objectives.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
