𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 GMP 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 Senior

🔶𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-Bachelor’s degree of Pharmacy or Science.
-Experience from 4: 5 Years experience in the Quality Assurance Compliance Section is a must.

🔶Job Responsibilities :

1. Training and Development:

● Develop and deliver GMP training programs for all personnel.
● Assess training needs and effectiveness.
● Maintain training records and documentation.
● Coach and mentor junior QA personnel.

2. Change Management:

● Develop and implement a robust change management process for all quality-related changes.
● Assess the impact of changes on GMP compliance and product quality.
● Manage and document change implementation risks and mitigation strategies.
● Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.

3. Annual Product Quality Review (APQR):

● Lead the preparation and participation in the APQR process.
● Analyze and interpret quality data and trends.
● Identify and address potential quality risks.
● Develop and implement action plans to improve product quality and performance.

4. Vendor Qualification:

● Develop and implement a vendor qualification program for raw materials, packaging materials, and contract manufacturers.
● Conduct risk assessments of potential vendors.
● Audit and evaluate vendor facilities and quality systems.
● Approve and maintain vendor master files.
